Welcome to Leadhex! These terms govern your use of our API-first lead enrichment platform. By accessing our service, creating an account, or using our API, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

• Leadhex provides lead enrichment services through a RESTful API, returning structured data about individuals and companies based on publicly available information.
• Our service includes contact information discovery, company intelligence, and personalization data for sales and marketing use cases.
• We operate on a pay-per-use model at $0.05 per successful enrichment request.

2. Account Registration and API Usage

• You must create an account and provide a valid payment method to access our API services.
• API keys are provided for authentication and must be kept secure. You are responsible for all usage under your API keys.
• You agree to use our service only for legitimate business purposes related to sales, marketing, and lead generation.
• Rate limits and usage quotas may apply to ensure service availability for all users.

3. Payment Terms

• Billing occurs every 7 days for usage during that period at $0.05 per successful enrichment.
• Payments are processed automatically through Stripe using your stored payment method.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.
• No refunds are provided for completed enrichment requests.

4. Data and Privacy

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the lead data you submit to our service.
• We aggregate data from publicly available sources and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of enriched data.
• We do not store or share the lead data you submit for enrichment beyond what's necessary to provide the service.
• You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when using enriched data.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may not use our service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or violating others' privacy rights.
• Bulk processing of data for resale or competitive intelligence purposes is prohibited without explicit agreement.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer our API or circumvent rate limits and security measures.

6. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect service availability.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for users who violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on enriched data or for any indirect damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications.
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
